Service Description
Rather than a traditional studio background, these sessions are photographed at your workplace, office, or within the environment where you create and work. Your surroundings become part of the image, adding context, personality, and a stronger connection to what you do. Each 30-minute session includes time for a variety of portraits and two professionally edited images. Additional images can be added if you would like a wider selection for your website, LinkedIn, marketing, or personal brand. Need portraits for your team? Additional colleagues can be included. For larger groups and corporate bookings, please get in touch for tailored packages and discounted rates.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: A booking is confirmed once payment of the required session fee or deposit has been received. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may reduce your photography time to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session fee or deposit being forfeited. No-shows are non-refundable. Image Delivery: Proof galleries and final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe outlined for your selected collection. Images are professionally edited in the signature NORĐ EMPIRE XII style. General: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these policies. NORĐ EMPIRE XII reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, illness, or equipment failure. Should this occur, an alternative date will be arranged at no additional cost.
