Service Description

Every mini session is thoughtfully designed and styled to create a unique portrait experience. From our signature collections like Woven, Linen, and Fern, to seasonal setups such as Christmas and other limited-edition collections, each space is carefully curated with its own look and atmosphere. Our collections rotate throughout the year, so please ensure you book the correct collection and available time slot. Sessions are approximately 30 minutes, and include 10 carefully edited images with additional images available to purchase. Your final gallery will be ready approximately 2 weeks after your session. We kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your booking time so we can make the most of your experience.

Cancellation Policy

Booking: A booking is confirmed once payment of the required session fee or deposit has been received. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may reduce your photography time to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session fee or deposit being forfeited. No-shows are non-refundable. Image Delivery: Proof galleries and final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe outlined for your selected collection. Images are professionally edited in the signature NORĐ EMPIRE XII style. General: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these policies. NORĐ EMPIRE XII reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, illness, or equipment failure. Should this occur, an alternative date will be arranged at no additional cost.
